I have known Amanda since June 2011 when I became her direct line manager at T.G.I Fridays.  Although Amanda only works 2-3 Shifts a week I have gotten to know her well over the last two years.  She is a delight to work with;  She is a fantastic team player and great with her guests.  Her interactions with her guests are always genuine and friendly.  She lets her bubbly, professional and caring personality shine through to everyone she encounters.  - Jonathan Keating, Assistant Restaurant Manager
