AC Interior Design Provides a range of services within each and every design to be able to give the client full                               understanding of each design proposal.  These services range from:

 

• Concept Generation and Consultation

 

Taking the time to get to know you, what you like, dislike, your lifestyle and how you want to use the space given.  

Enables Amanda to define the size and scope of each individual project.  To be able to estimate time frames and expectations

for you the client.  Throughout the process there will be meetings  to gain updates of the design scheme, ask any relevant

qestions, make changes, and finalise design phases with confidence.   

 

• Site Survey

 

A site survey enables AC Interior Design to gain understanding of the choosen building or space and the surrounding                       area.  This then enables the designer to create a well executed, inspiring design suitable for the clients needs and the               surrounding area.       

 

• Concept Development

 

Concept development takes part throughout the whole design process.  This is so AC Interior Design can produce a                   scheme to their full potential being ready to change and adapt ideas to best suit the client needs and wants. 

 

• Computer Aided Design - For spacial planning 

 

Computer Aided Design allows spatial planning to be precise and to scale.  Providing building contractors, designers and        

the client, visual drawings of both spatial planning and technical espacts of each and every design.  

 

• 3D Visualisation (CAD)

 

One Major problem clients tend to have is to be able to visulised plans and drawings from a designer for many reasons.          

To be able to create a 3D visualisation for a client where they can fully understand a design concept is hugely bennificial.  

 

• Client Presentation

 

Client presentations are a vital part of any design this enables the designer to explain and show all the design work for          

the scheme and how the overall outcome will be achieved. Showing floor plans, Circulation plans, materials and finishes,         fixtures and fittings and any other additional features. 

 

• Supplying and Sourcing

  

Throughout the design process there will be fixtures, fittings, materials and finishes which will create the overall design.

AC Interior Design will kindly source these elements but this will not be included in the initial design cost and will be                 negotiated within consultation meetings.  

 

• Project Management

 

Project management will be upheld throughout the whole design process and into the construction of the design. To

make sure all contracting companies are working to the given time frame, all work which is being carried out is to a                           professional standard and if any problems occur then they can be rectified as soon as possible.
